Each one-hour, hands-on class is packed full of artistic fun, allowing young artists extensive creative exploration with oooey gooey substances such as homemade molding and coffee dough. Children design seasonal projects with textural materials like polymer clay, fabric, foam and bubbles mixed with color and imagination! Wear messy clothes and take home your projects for display! Taught by Sarah Thompson, Graphic Designer and mother of Ella Grace, age 5. Ms. Thompson has a degree in Creative Advertising from Michigan State University and studied Web Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She develops and coordinates Creative Birthday Party programming at the Arts Center Killingworth, working to personalize the special day with each parent. Additionally, she helps organize FREE Family Day events at Spectrum Gallery.
