Each one-hour, hands-on class allows young artists creative exploration with oooey gooey substances such as homemade molding and coffee dough. Children design seasonal projects with textural materials like polymer clay, fabric, foam and bubbles mixed with color and imagination! Wear messy clothes and take home your projects! Taught by Sarah Thompson, Graphic Designer and mother of Ella Grace, age 4. Ms. Thompson has a degree in Creative Advertising from Michigan State University and studied Web Design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She develops and coordinates Creative Birthday Party programming at the Arts Center Killingworth, working to personalize the special day with each Mom. Additionally, she suggests activities for school break weeks and helps organize the FREE Family Days at Spectrum Gallery.
